Internet Starter and Go Fast Service

You may rent one of our modems or purchase a modem from most retailers of electronics.  A cable modem capable of bonding to a minimum of 8 downstream channels is recommended, 16 or more channels is preferred.

Ultra Fast Services

To ensure proper compatibility and the best customer experience, Antietam High Speed Internet customers with our 30 Mbps, 50 Mbps, 100 Mbps, and 200 Mbps services MUST USE ANTIETAM BROADBAND PROVIDED RENTAL MODEMS or YOU MUST PURCHASE A MODEM THAT MEETS THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS:

ARRIS DG2460 (wireless)

Motorola Surfboard SB6183 (wired)

The Motorola SB6183 will help you deliver innovative, ultra-broadband data services with reliable, high-quality products. The SB6183 gives the operator the ability to offer up to 16 bonded downstream channels for high-speed data peak throughput rates. The SB6183 Cable Modem provides high-speed Internet access on the home network via a single Ethernet connection.  Currently, can be provided to you through your Antietam Broadband Internet service.
