Before proceeding to the registration page, here is an example to help customers provide their account number to transition to registration without error. The first 8 digits of the account number need to be entered in the Account Number field. If the account number starts with a zero, ignore it and start with the next number in the account number. Also, do not include the dash listed in the account number.

The last name needs to be entered with a capital first letter, followed by the remaining letters to complete the last name. Please note, you would substitute your own last name.
